MINERALYSEUR bypyro-combustion :

Mineralization by pyrolysis and controled combustion for analytic standards, meeting the following aims :

- Operating safety  and easy using
- Control of combustion and pyrolysis temperatures
- Automatism in the operations
– Working on hight callipers (> 1gr)
– Application field extended to solid, liquid and gaseous samples
– Can be linked to measurement means
- Open to the conception of "made-to-measure" analysers

Eraly : other skilled-fields   Simultaneous analysis MULTI ELEMENTS Pyro-analyser FRACTEL

Designation of organic materials by thermal analysis : combination of a programmed pyrolysis of a material sample and a combustion of volatil effluents and the residuum, and then simultaneous spectro-photometric detections of oxidation products : CO2, H2O , SO2, NOx.

Application fields : Petroleum products (distillate, residuum, bitumen, etc), petroleum parent rocks, kerogenes, coals, brais, cokes, various polymers, vegetable materials, various organic wastes, pollution of grounds by hydrocarbons, and every kind of complex organic material, in a general way.

Méthode WICKBOLD

Normes ISO 4260 / NF.EN 24260 / ASTM 2784 et 2785 / EN41

Mineralization of liquid or gaseous samples (mainly petroleum) for the analysis of Sulfur or Chlorine. Possibility of importante callipers (several ten of cc), allowing very low measurement thresholds (around 1 ppm for Sulfur).

Hight operating safety

According to ISO 4260, the inoxidable steel burner has to be used for light olefins. The titration means have to be defined according to the different contents to measure (cf ISO 4260). For "out of standard" applications of mineralization, see MINERALYSEUR
