Since 1972 Eraly & Associés designs and manufactures furnaces for ERALY brand analyzers.
In 1978 Eraly & Associés began designing and manufacturing tubular furnaces for industrial and research laboratories but also for other analyzer manufacturers.
These custom-made and standard furnaces are associated with temperature controllers, thermocouples, reactors, as well as various accessories.
All of them can be purchased individually or together depending on your needs and the normative requirements according the nature of your project.
Thanks to our expertise we also manufacture pyro-combustion furnaces for the extraction of radioelements (Tritium, Carbon 14, Chlorine 36 ....etc)) and furnaces used for fire test processes (electric burner, meringing furnace ...).

Heating, combustion, annealing, vaporization, chemical deposits in the form of steam... our multi-zone or multi-tube laboratory furnace can be used in many industrial applications.
With this type of tubular furnaces you can increase the accuracy and size of the desired isothermal area. You can also get a temperature gradient between the different heating zones, if needed.

Pyrolysis furnace or Pyroxydizer
Our pyrolysis furnace or Pyroxydizer allows you to carry out a controlled pyrolysis (under inert gas) followed by a combustion (under oxygen) of your samples. Whatever the nature of the latter (liquids, solids or gases), the device ensures their total or partial mineralization.
Temperature controllers - programmers
A laboratory furnaces must be combined with temperature controllers. Eraly & Associés offers two types of temperature controllers, single loop and multi-loop (programmers), depending on your needs.
Based on our many years of experience, we strongly recommend that our customers opt for temperature controllers with a ramp function as this has a significant impact on the lifetime of the furnaces.
